However, this is a detox diet, and you should not restrict your diet for long, as your body needs a variety of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. First day

Snack: a slice of toast with avocado, 1 cup green tea.

Lunch: tuna salad with avocado, tomato, cucumber, red cabbage, and lime juice.

Dinner: 150 grams of grilled chicken, and 150 grams of vegetables, 100 grams of avocado.

Third day

Early morning (on an empty stomach): a glass of warm water with lemon.

Breakfast: whole-toast bread with avocado and two apples, coffee, or green tea.

Snack: roasted apple with cheese and 20 grams of nuts.

Lunch: 100 grams of cooked buckwheat, avocado, and herbs.

Dinner: 100 grams of boiled fish, 200 grams of roasted vegetables.

Before starting a diet, it is best to have a short one-day fast, and there are various convenient drinks available.

After a diet, it is advisable to spend the next day drinking only water or eating only fruits and vegetables. It is recommended to measure an empty stomach after the fasting day.
